Service Parts Analyst, Automotive Launch Support
Overview
You will own the creation, maintenance, and release of service parts for vehicle launch programs at Stellantis, ensuring all parts meet timing and quality standards. You will work daily with TeamCenter and production systems to keep part data accurate and complete. As a level 3 escalation point, you will resolve Service Parts Updates (SPU) issues through a third-party help desk. This role puts you at the center of launch operations, collaborating with compilers and cross-functional teams to standardize parts. Your work directly supports the success of new vehicle launches for a global automotive leader.
What You'll Do7
- 1Maintain and release service parts to support vehicle launch timing using TeamCenter and SBOM.
- 2Utilize service and production systems to verify parts are accounted for and set up correctly.
- 3Provide conditional support to resolve issues affecting service parts release.
- 4Interface with third-party help desk as level 3 escalation support for Service Parts Updates (SPU).
- 5Work with the corresponding compiler to ensure parts are named and standardized correctly.
- 6Respond to feedback within 48 hours and resolve issues per customer-defined metrics.
- 7Follow the aligned schedule to meet all Stellantis vehicle launch milestones.
Requirements10
- 13-5 years of automotive technical experience.
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3Computer proficiency with Windows, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 4Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 5Ability to pass a US-standard background check.
- 6Preferred: 1-3 years of service part experience.
- 7Preferred: Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) processes.
- 8Preferred: Knowledge of common service part practices and methodologies.
- 9Preferred: Technical Associates Degree or automotive technical training.
- 10Preferred: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with teamwork capability.
