Overview

You will own bpro product sales to OEM dealerships, independent installers, and fleets across the U.S. automotive aftermarket. This role demands full-time travel, with 90% overnight trips, to drive territory growth. You will partner with dealers on inventory analysis and sales support, coordinating marketing programs and training. The position requires deep knowledge of Stellantis dealer operations and Mopar systems. You will report daily through TrackIt and Excel, closing sales and expanding market coverage.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Travel with dealers on scheduled visits to sell and support bpro products, closing sales as authorized.
  • 2Coordinate marketing and sales programs, including technician training, technical support, and local promotions.
  • 3Submit daily sales call reports in TrackIt and Excel, detailing visits, results, and next steps.
  • 4Provide recommendations on product line expansion and pricing from advanced analytics reports.
  • 5Work with Mopar headquarters and field personnel to identify open markets and coordinate efforts.
  • 6Maintain face-to-face contact with assigned dealers every 30-45 days and weekly phone contact.
  • 7Log all contacts in TrackIt and respond to emails and calls within 24 hours.
  • 8Support dealers in inventory management and analysis of bpro products.
  • 9Participate in OEM Business Center meetings and post-visit surveys.

Requirements12

  • 17+ years in automotive aftermarket or wholesale parts, with Stellantis dealer experience preferred.
  • 2Experience selling wholesale automotive parts and managing customer requirements.
  • 3Prior territory sales management, training, coaching, and consulting experience preferred.
  • 4Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • 5Proficient with PC, dealer/IRF management systems, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 6Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years equivalent experience.
  • 7Familiarity with manufacturer, fleet, installer, mechanical parts wholesale, dealership parts management, and aftermarket service departments.
  • 8Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.
  • 9Demonstrated competency in Mopar and dealer/distributor specific software.
  • 10Ability to perform GAP analysis and develop action plans; experience in wholesale parts business planning and marketing.
  • 11Capable of executing training, reporting, merchandising, and product demonstrations.
  • 12Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, assemble displays, and travel up to 90% overnight.
