Overview
You will own service delivery execution across cross-functional teams at Vertiv, a $5.0B global infrastructure leader. You will drive revenue growth in Start-up, PM assignments, and T&M opportunities while monitoring Key Performance Indicators. Collaborating with the CI team, you will fix broken processes and set strategic direction. This role offers the stability of a global leader with the agility of a startup, operating in nearly 70 countries.
What You'll Do9
- 1Drive cross-functional teams to deliver services that meet customer expectations, using Oracle for documentation and forecasting.
- 2Identify root causes of broken processes and collaborate with the CI team to implement fixes that prevent recurrence.
- 3Develop programs within the Service Delivery segment to maximize revenue growth, focusing on Start-up, PM assignments, and T&M opportunities.
- 4Review and implement policies and resources to increase profitability and growth.
- 5Analyze Service Delivery segment opportunities and institute changes that boost revenue, productivity, and profit.
- 6Set strategic direction to exceed revenue growth targets, aligning with the company's mission and vision.
- 7Plan and implement process improvements to solve problems and enhance performance, leveraging Oracle data.
- 8Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators, adjusting actions to meet Vertiv Services goals.
- 9Own daily documentation in Oracle to ensure accuracy and support the Service Business forecasting.
Requirements8
- 13-5 years of service experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
- 2Oracle experience, specifically in documentation and forecasting.
- 3Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- 4Demonstrated customer service resolution skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
- 5Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- 6Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 7Understanding of the Vertiv Service line of business and services.
- 8Ability to work with minimum supervision and travel as required.
