Program Manager, Strategic Program Delivery

What You'll Do6
- 1Manage high-priority programs from initiation through implementation establishing structure milestones dependencies ownership and accountability across multiple teams
- 2Develop lightweight reporting mechanisms templates and recurring updates providing leadership visibility into priorities status risks decisions and resource needs
- 3Build and maintain processes to track program spend budgets forecasts approvals and variances across sites and workstreams
- 4Create consistent processes to track manage and report on commitments across sites and programs including owners risks progress and follow-through
- 5Partner across Oracle stakeholders to align priorities resolve execution challenges and maintain momentum across interconnected initiatives
- 6Develop practical planning tools playbooks intake processes and prioritization mechanisms that help teams scale without adding unnecessary process
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management Operations Business Communications Public Affairs Community Relations or related field
- 2Proven experience leading complex programs from planning through execution
- 3Strong program management organizational and problem-solving skills
- 4Experience developing reporting mechanisms operating rhythms trackers or scalable program processes
- 5Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities including experience communicating with senior leadership
- 6Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations
- 7Experience managing budgets spend tracking commitments or executive-level program reporting is a plus
