You will lead the OCI CORE Training Delivery team across multiple U.S. sites, owning a scalable training model for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data centers. You will manage a geographically dispersed group of Program Managers, setting clear goals aligned with OCI strategy. Partner with stakeholders across Data Center Learning & Development, HR, and executive leadership to launch train-the-trainer programs. This role blends leadership with hands-on work during a growth phase, driving adoption of onboarding and upskilling programs globally.

Lead the OKE Nodes and Applications platform at Oracle, owning the evolution of Kubernetes worker node infrastructure, node lifecycle, and core application services that power Oracle Kubernetes Engine. You will drive reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across a distributed systems environment, partnering with OCI engineering, product, and support teams. This role combines deep technical leadership with operational ownership, impacting scale and security for global customers. You will also build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, raising the bar for software quality and automation.
