What You'll Do11
- 1Design and build distributed systems at cloud scale defining scalability requirements
- 2Optimize critical code paths for high throughput hyperscale workloads using data plane platforms
- 3Architect resilient fault tolerant systems with redundancy replication failover and recovery policies
- 4Define SLOs KPIs telemetry dashboards and alerting for system health and performance
- 5Develop validation strategies including fault injection brownout testing and resilience testing
- 6Design replication synchronization mechanisms preserving correctness consistency and durability
- 7Proactively diagnose and resolve complex production issues across system boundaries
- 8Implement security controls and compliance documentation for multi tenant cloud environments
- 9Build IaC automation and deployment tooling for repeatable reliable infrastructure changes
- 10Contribute to architectural direction technical standards and mentoring peers
- 11Prototype and evaluate new technologies transitioning incubations to production systems

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience with Kubernetes and React
- 35+ years developing distributed systems with Scala and gRPC
- 44-8 years implementing IaC using Terraform and Ansible
- 52+ years establishing SLIs SLOs and monitoring dashboards
