- 7Maintain system of record for accurate data fidelity and executive reporting.
- 8Conduct market research on targeted metros and countries, assessing risks and opportunities.
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in complex lease negotiations and contract formation for data centers.
- 2Proven track record in site selection for industrial-scale projects, including real estate evaluation and acquisition.
- 3Strong stakeholder management, with ability to integrate engineering feedback into contract terms.
- 4Deep knowledge of data center market dynamics and regional operators.
- 5Understanding of build-to-suit, retail, and wholesale lease structures.
- 6Excellent analytical skills in Excel for global data and capacity analysis.
