Overview

You own the Oracle MRP and supply chain process strategy across all Integer sites. You lead a center-led team establishing best practices for Lean Manufacturing, PFEP, and S&OP. You drive standardization and continuous improvement to hit key KPIs. This role pairs deep systems expertise with cross-functional leadership, shaping how 10+ sites operate.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead Oracle MRP best practices for key supply chain functions, setting standards adopted across all sites.
  • 2Drive the S&OP process with all sites, aligning demand, supply, and inventory to business targets.
  • 3Build and execute the PFEP strategy, planning part-level data for every production site.
  • 4Champion cross-functional inventory improvement projects, using PL/SQL and Visual Basic for data modeling.
  • 5Coach site teams on standardized supply chain workflows, reducing variation and waste.
  • 6Facilitate complex problem-solving sessions with statistical tools to resolve systemic issues.
  • 7Serve as the SME for Oracle R12, guiding site teams on system usage and issue resolution.
  • 8Deliver on-site training on Lean and supply chain best practices to boost operational capability.
  • 9Conduct data mining and analysis to identify process gaps and prioritize improvement actions.
  • 10Align quality and regulatory requirements, including FDA standards, into supply chain procedures.

Requirements9

  • 15+ years in supply chain, specifically in manufacturing environments with Oracle R12.
  • 2Proven experience leading S&OP or inventory optimization initiatives.
  • 3Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Visual Basic, or XML for data mining and automation.
  • 4Strong grasp of Lean manufacturing and PFEP principles, applying them to real operations.
  • 5Excellent communication and presentation skills, facilitating cross-functional workshops.
  • 6Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar; MBA preferred.
  • 7APICS certification or Lean Systems coursework is a plus.
  • 8Demonstrated ability to drive change across multiple sites in a matrixed organization.
  • 9Hands-on experience with KPI tracking and process improvement methodologies.
