Overview
Own guest experience in a fast paced upscale breakfast and lunch setting. You will handle tables, take orders, and ensure timely service for a high volume, local hotspot. Work with a supportive team and contribute to a warm, professional dining environment. This role is onsite in Scottsdale and Phoenix and includes weekend availability.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build rapport with guests to ensure a 5 star dining experience
- 2Take and relay accurate orders to kitchen and bar using standard POS systems
- 3Deliver food and beverages with efficiency to support high table turnover
- 4Resolve guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism to maintain guest satisfaction
- 5Support bar and kitchen teams during peak periods to maintain service flow
- 6Assist with setup and closing procedures to ensure a clean, organized dining area
- 7Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions to upsell confidently
- 8Collaborate with teammates to uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- 9Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel or restaurant policies
- 10Provide genuine hospitality and a positive attitude to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
