Own guest greeting and seating flow for upscale breakfast and lunch restaurant with fast-paced environment. You will manage guest seating, wait times, and the dining room experience for multiple locations in Phoenix. Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service. This role emphasizes hospitality, energy, and a polished professional presence.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and manage seating to optimize table turnover
- 2Coordinate with staff to maintain smooth service during peak hours
- 3Maintain cleanliness and presentation of host station and waiting area
- 4Manage guest wait lists and communication to minimize delays
- 5Support opening and closing procedures for the front-of-house
