What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver exceptional service using the Five Steps of Service, a proven method that boosts teamwork and tips.
- 2Manage multiple tables simultaneously with speed and accuracy, juggling orders, refills, and special requests.
- 3Build genuine connections with customers, learning their preferences and making each visit memorable.
- 4Serve safe, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while following all food safety standards.
- 5Support fellow team members at every opportunity, embracing a team-first mindset that drives success.
- 6Handle payments accurately and efficiently, processing cash and credit transactions with care.
- 7Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, resetting tables quickly to welcome the next guests.
Requirements6
- 118+ years of age or older.
- 21+ year experience in a full-service restaurant or similar customer-facing role.
- 3Strong communication skills to interact warmly with customers and team members.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-hour shifts.
- 5Availability to work mornings and days, including weekends and holidays.
- 6Food handler's permit or certification as required by local regulations.
