- 6Manage guest relations and resolve concerns promptly
- 7Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow
- 8Handle cash transactions accurately through TOAST POS
- 9Support host/hostess duties including seating and overflow management
- 10Maintain menu knowledge including ingredients and dietary options
- 11Provide professional and positive customer interactions
Requirements10
- 1Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred
- 2Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST
