What You'll Do11
- 1Guest Experience & Hospitality Serve as a welcoming first point of contact creating positive memorable experiences for every guest
- 2Accurately operate the point-of-sale system handling cash efficiently while maintaining order accuracy
- 3Follow all steps of service Smile Engage Name Thank You in each interaction
- 4Build rapport with returning guests and foster relationships through personalized service and updates on seasonal specials
- 5Communicate menu offerings clearly including ingredients and allergy information to support informed choices
- 6Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive attentive service addressing concerns professionally
- 7Take full ownership of the counter area pastry display and retail products ensuring clean organization and visual appeal
- 8Process orders and payments accurately during high-volume periods while supporting third-party delivery and catering
- 9Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following health regulations and completing opening/closing tasks
- 10Support baristas and team members during peak times including runner duties and inventory assistance
- 11Report safety hazards equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly to the leader on shift
Requirements13
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in high-volume restaurant environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 55+ years experience with POS systems and cash handling
- 6Strong interpersonal skills with guest-first mindset
- 7Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced settings
- 8Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- 9Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- 10Physical stamina to stand for extended periods lifting up to 25 lbs
- 11Previous POS experience required
- 12Preferred: Experience in high-volume restaurant or café setting
- 13Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate guest and team needs
