What You'll Do11

- 5Accurately read and execute POS tickets including size modifiers and order types
- 6Deliver warm personalized service using the Smile Engage Name Thank You framework
- 7Communicate menu offerings ingredients and allergy information to guests
- 8Anticipate guest needs and address concerns professionally
- 9Maintain organized bar workflow for speed accuracy
- 10Operate in close coordination with front-of-house team members
- 11Follow established service procedures and operational protocols
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years barista experience
- 2Pass barista skills evaluation
- 3Working knowledge of espresso preparation micro-foam milk texturing and latte art
- 4Strong understanding of POS systems and beverage modifications
- 5Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- 6Physical capability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 7Positive attitude and strong sense of humor
