What You'll Do11

- 5Accurately read and execute POS tickets including sizes modifiers and order types
- 6Deliver warm personalized service using the Smile Engage Name Thank You framework
- 7Build rapport with returning guests and communicate menu seasonal updates
- 8Anticipate guest needs and address concerns professionally
- 9Maintain organized bar workflow and coordinate with front-of-house team
- 10Follow DOH standards for station cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- 11Perform opening closing tasks including FIFO practices and end-of-day communications
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years barista experience
- 2Pass barista skills evaluation

- 4Strong POS ticket reading and execution abilities
- 5Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environment
