Overview
Server at The Block SLP will own guest interactions and service for a high-energy, hospitality-driven environment. You will work onsite in Minneapolis St. Louis Park, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver timely, accurate orders. This role offers part-time hours with growth potential to a hybrid Server/Supervisor and competitive pay starting at min + tips. Benefits include Medical, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience
- 2Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery with accuracy
- 3Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate service
- 4Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- 5Share knowledge of the menu to enhance guest experiences
- 6Collaborate with team members to execute smooth shifts and guest satisfaction

Requirements8
- 1Part-time availability with Sunday availability preferred
- 2Experience in supervisory or managerial roles and interest in growth into a hybrid Server/Supervisor
- 3Excellent communication and guest-focused service mindset
- 4Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- 5Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized during peak hours
- 6Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for hospitality
