What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and manage the seating chart to optimize table turns
- 2Handle reservations and waitlists with precision using our reservation system
- 3Set the tone for a great guest experience from the first hello
- 4Coordinate between kitchen and servers as Expo, ensuring every plate matches the order
- 5Check food presentation and delivery timing to uphold quality standards
- 6Keep communication flowing between the line and the floor during rush periods
- 7Maintain a clean and organized host stand and expo station
- 8Support servers and bartenders with side work and guest requests as needed
Requirements7
- 11+ years in a front-of-house role (host, expo, server, or busser) preferred
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- 4Basic math skills for check management and seating rotations
- 5Strong verbal communication in English
- 6Flexible schedule including Sundays, with 2-5 shifts per week
- 7Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcohol-related tasks
