Overview
Own guest interactions from greeting to farewell in an upscale, on site dining setting. You will ensure attentive service, menu knowledge including wine and cocktails, and timely delivery while preserving presentation standards. Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service and elevate the guest experience. This role offers a hands on, fast paced environment focused on hospitality excellence.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build guest relationships through professional, attentive service
- 2Design menu recommendations based on guest needs and knowledge of wine and cocktails
- 3Lead order taking and input via POS system with accuracy
- 4Ship timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
- 5Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and checking in throughout the meal
- 6Own communication with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen for seamless service
- 7Manage payments accurately and efficiently
- 8Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- 9Maintain high standards of hospitality in a vibrant dining room
- 10Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements6
- 1Must have an active Food Handler Card
- 2Pay: 15.00 - 17.00 per hour
- 3Onsite, contract, in person
- 4Experience in upscale dining preferred
