Overview
Own end to end sourcing for a high growth audio AI data company at scale. Build and execute sourcing strategies for engineering product and ops roles, collaborating with managers and recruiters to identify high signal candidates. Maintain clean pipelines and measure funnel metrics to inform strategy. You will work closely with leadership to understand needs and translate them into actionable sourcing plans.
What You'll Do5
- 1Design sourcing strategy for engineering product and business roles and translate requirements into criteria
- 2Build boolean search strings talent maps and market research to identify high signal candidates across sourcing channels
- 3Own outbound campaigns that convert passive candidates into engaged pipeline and refine messaging based on response data
- 4Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track metrics to inform strategy
- 5Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to calibrate on what high signal looks like for each function
Requirements5
- 15+ years of sourcing experience at a high growth startup
- 2Proven ability to source across technical engineering product and business ops roles
- 3Strong command of boolean search logic and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Juicebox Ashby or similar ATS
- 4Track record of building pipelines for hard to fill or niche roles
- 5Experience with AI ML or data focused companies is a plus
