What You'll Do5

- 2Offer front line leadership to site represented electrical trades including verbal and written instruction project management and safety toolbox talks
- 3Perform safety evaluations JHA’s and ensure compliance with company and safety policies
- 4Support management and teammates with technical issues and contribute to system evaluations creating recommendations for senior management
- 5Develop cost effective solutions for complex issues while aligning with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 5+ years facilities experience bachelor’s degree in Operations Facilities Engineering or related discipline
- 23+ years facilities maintenance and construction including carpentry electrical mechanical plumbing sheet metal janitorial
- 33+ years proven leadership experience and valid Massachusetts Master Electrical License
- 4Knowledge of Massachusetts and National Building codes
- 5Experience consulting with management on building maintenance and construction issues

$87 - $165k per year
