Senior Specialist, Process Improvement, Healthcare Operations
Overview
Process Improvement lead who collaborates with cross functional teams to optimize authorization workflows at scale. Owns requirements gathering, project planning, and data driven recommendations within Oscar Health’s Authorization Services. Works with business and technical colleagues to design, implement, and measure improvements and repeatable tools. Represents the team in broader programs and maintains alignment with organizational goals. Remote role with possible hybrid future.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage project plans to meet milestones and service levels

- 12+ years of professional experience supporting end to end project management and process improvement projects
- 22+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and develop recommendations
- 32+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
- 42+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership
- 5Experience leading and collaborating with teams to reach consensus on decisions
