Overview
NetApp seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in Dallas to lead technical advisory and drive sustainable system scaling. You will collaborate with Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategy, qualify opportunities, and deliver measurable business value.
What You'll Do11
- 1Partner closely with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategy and qualify opportunities
- 2Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business initiatives and technical challenges
- 3Design and position NetApp solutions aligned with customer business outcomes
- 4Support diverse enterprise customers across strategic and net-new opportunities
- 5Build relationships with architects and stakeholders to identify protect-and-expand opportunities
- 6Deliver demonstrations and workshops throughout the sales cycle
- 7Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint account strategies
- 8Manage multiple engagements while maintaining technical commercial pipeline discipline
- 9Stay current on AI hybrid cloud and data infrastructure trends
- 10Drive solutions that modernize data infrastructure through automation
- 11Maintain ownership of customer engagements across the sales process
Requirements10
- 17+ years in Solutions Engineering or related field
- 2Proven success supporting Fortune 1000 customers
- 3Experience with storage infrastructure technologies
- 4Broad knowledge of cloud and container orchestration platforms
- 5Strong communication skills to translate technical capabilities into business value
- 6Ability to manage multiple opportunities across sales stages
- 7Demonstrated relationship-building with technical and business stakeholders
- 8Experience with enterprise sales methodologies
- 9Understanding of ROI and TCO concepts
- 10Curiosity about emerging technologies and their business applications
