Overview
Beacon Mechanical Services seeks a Senior Service Dispatcher / Coordinator to lead daily coordination of commercial service operations. This role connects field technicians customers and vendors across Plumbing Mechanical Electrical and Fire Life Safety divisions. What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate daily field operations across Plumbing Mechanical Electrical and Fire Life Safety supporting 3–4 crews per division
- 2Build and maintain technician schedules in advance based on priority geography workload and skill set
- 3Monitor incoming work through Corrigo ServiceChannel FieldPulse and email maintaining visibility into active pending approved and return work
- 4Follow up with technicians throughout the day confirming job status returns materials and next steps
- 5Coordinate return visits vendors materials and site access ensuring execution requirements are met
- 6Maintain proactive customer communication regarding ETAs job status schedule changes and delays
- 7Ensure technician notes photos material information JHAs and job documentation are complete
- 8Track outstanding quotes approvals and follow-up work assigning clear next actions
- 9Support field technicians as primary operational resource for scheduling scope clarification and customer requirements
Requirements7
- 15+ years of service dispatching service coordination or field-service operations experience
- 2Proven ability to manage multiple technicians or crews in fast-paced commercial service environment
- 3Strong scheduling prioritization and organization skills
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Experience with service-management platforms such as Corrigo ServiceChannel FieldPulse or ServiceTitan
- 6Familiarity with JHAs field documentation vendor coordination and commercial service requirements
- 7Experience in plumbing HVAC mechanical electrical or fire life safety fields preferred
