What You'll Do5
- 1Dispatch field technicians efficiently matching job priority and technician skill set to daily schedules while adjusting in real time for emergencies and delays.
- 2Collaborate with sales teams to develop detailed project estimates using construction estimating software and technical knowledge.
- 3Assist in contract review ensuring all project scopes budgets and timelines are clearly defined and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- 4Track project progress updating schedules regularly and communicating status reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and momentum.
- 5Maintain comprehensive records of contracts change orders and project documentation for audit readiness and future reference.
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience in construction management dispatching or project coordination within the plumbing electrical or broader construction industry.
- 2Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques dispatch operations and construction management principles.
- 3Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems installation processes combined with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and technician schedules simultaneously.
- 4Ability to communicate clearly across teams including sales personnel field technicians suppliers and clients.
- 5Prior exposure to contracts management and time-sensitive project execution is highly desirable.
Salary Insight
$42 - $62k per year
