Overview
We seek a skilled Plumbing Dispatcher to lead service coordination in San Diego. This role drives efficient technician deployment and client satisfaction across plumbing projects. You will own daily operations while supporting a dynamic onsite team.
What You'll Do8
- 1Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- 2Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability urgency and job requirements
- 3Monitor work orders and update job status throughout the day
- 4Communicate job details changes and follow-up needs to field staff and customers
- 5Coordinate return trips emergency calls and priority service requests
- 6Maintain accurate records of service requests schedules and completed work
- 7Support the office team with dispatch-related administrative tasks
- 8Provide excellent customer service and help resolve scheduling concerns efficiently
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Previous experience dispatching field technicians or coordinating service calls
- 4Experience in plumbing construction or property services
- 5Familiarity with work order management systems or scheduling software
