What You'll Do12
- 1Manage all day-to-day operations of the portfolio
- 2Develop and implement action plans to exceed management objectives
- 3Coordinate with maintenance engineering construction and accounting teams
- 4Foster positive tenant relations through regular site visits and meetings
- 5Oversee accounts receivable processes and prepare late fees
- 6Review and approve invoices for all portfolio properties
- 7Conduct regular property visits and manage vendor relationships
- 8Facilitate risk management initiatives for life safety and liability issues
- 9Create and educate tenants on building safety and evacuation procedures
- 10Maintain detailed lease agreements and monitor tenant compliance
- 11Organize capital budgets for renovations and major repairs
- 12Prepare annual operating budgets and reconcile operating expenses
Requirements10
- 18+ years commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibilities
- 2Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 3CPM or RPA certification preferred
- 4Proven track record of preparing annual budgets and expense reconciliations
- 5Strong budgeting and financial analysis capabilities
- 6Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- 7Experience with property management software Outlook Word and Excel
- 8Valid California Real Estate Salesperson License
- 9Unrestricted work authorization and valid driver's license
- 10Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
