What You'll Do11
- 1Provide administrative and operational support to Property Managers
- 2Assist with tenant relations and coordinate service request resolutions
- 3Schedule and follow up on maintenance and repair work with vendors
- 4Maintain property files, records, insurance certificates, vendor agreements, and lease documentation
- 5Support preparation of monthly reports budgets and other documentation
- 6Coordinate property inspections to maintain high standards
- 7Manage accounts payable/receivable processes including invoice coding and expense tracking
- 8Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
- 9Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 10Utilize Microsoft Office suite proficiently
- 11Work independently and collaboratively within a team
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21–3 years experience in property management or office administration
- 3Strong organizational and time management skills
- 4Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 6Property management software experience is a plus
- 7Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 8Bachelor Degree required
- 9Experience with managing or supporting technology real estate assets including light industrial life-science bio-med data center properties is preferred
