- 12Process tenant billing
- 13Prepare annual budgets and variance reports
- 14Generate financial reporting for owners
- 15Mentor a Property Assistant and an Assistant Property Manager
- 16Organize property events and tenant appreciation functions
Requirements7
- 12+ years as a Property Manager with prior APM experience in commercial settings
- 2BA or BS in Business Administration or related field
- 3California RE license required
- 4Strong financial knowledge and experience preparing financial reports
- 5Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- 6Excellent communication and people skills
- 7Proven ability to guide and mentor others
