You will own the full operational and financial performance of a Class A mixed-use portfolio encompassing office, retail, and industrial spaces across the San Francisco peninsula. You will lead a team of APM and PA, collaborate with an engineering crew, parking staff, and external vendors. Reporting directly to ownership, you will drive budget accuracy, tenant satisfaction, and property profitability. What You'll Do10

  • 1Act as the primary liaison between ownership and tenants, resolving disputes and ensuring clear communication.
  • 2Interface with prospective tenants, guiding tours and contract discussions for lease execution.
  • 3Troubleshoot property issues, dispatching maintenance staff and coordinating repairs with Yardi or similar systems.
  • 4Direct capital and tenant improvement projects, from scoping to closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • 5Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing variances and presenting explanations to ownership.
  • 6Prepare CAM reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and receivable for all managed assets.
  • 7Generate ownership reporting, including financial analysis and asset performance summaries.
  • 8Manage lease agreements, tracking expiration dates and processing renewals with legal and ownership.
  • 9Mentor the APM and Property Administrator, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
  • 10Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality.

Requirements6

  • 12+ years as a General Manager or Senior Property Manager for commercial assets.
  • 2BA or BS degree required, preferably in business, real estate, or related field.
  • 3Proven experience with Class A office spaces and premium amenities.
  • 4Solid construction management background, handling tenant improvements and capital projects.
  • 5Strong working financial knowledge with institutional ownership reporting standards.
  • 6People-oriented with exceptional multitasking and proactive problem-solving skills.
