What You'll Do7
- 1Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- 2Attract and educate new tenants
- 3Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- 4Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- 5Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- 6Supervise and train property staff
- 7Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing residential portfolios
- 35+ years experience with real estate contracts and leases
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to multitask and prioritize
