What You'll Do11
- 1Promptly respond to tenant communications and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- 2Track and document all property-related activities thoroughly
- 3Review leases to identify landlord and tenant responsibilities accurately
- 4Partner with vendors to negotiate contracts and maintain accountability
- 5Collect monthly rent and follow up on delinquent accounts promptly
- 6Code and review vendor invoices while preparing investor financial presentations
- 7Generate CAM estimates and reconcile financial records for leadership
- 8Conduct monthly property inspections and monitor remote updates
- 9Call tenants to discuss lease renewals and negotiate favorable terms
- 10Create proposals for property owners and maintain transparent communication
- 11Maintain accurate Slack updates regarding property conditions and bids
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience managing ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
