What You'll Do11
- 1Manage customer project delivery and oversee P&L for large complex engagements
- 2Identify and develop new opportunities with clients and support early qualification assessments
- 3Act as opportunity manager for high‑risk deals and communicate value to business partners
- 4Manage project team of over 40 people and mentor staff for professional growth
- 5Lead cross‑division functional teams and participate in multi‑function initiatives
- 6Provide detailed performance reviews and development recommendations for key contributors
- 7Exercise independent judgment to set policies and establish operational standards
- 8Support government account responsibilities and ensure compliance with export control regulations
- 9Develop strategy and set functional direction while representing the organization externally
- 10Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational goals and long‑term objectives
- 11Mentor junior employees and promote an inclusive workplace culture
Requirements11
- 1First level university degree with advanced degree preferred
- 210 years experience in project management or equivalent roles
- 3PMP certification recognized as a leader in project management professions
- 4U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status for ITAR/EAR compliance
- 5TS/SCI full scope clearance required
- 6Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, high‑risk environments
- 7Strong analytical skills for evaluating multi‑factor situations and data
- 8Experience leading large cross‑division teams affecting long‑term goals
- 9Proven track record of influencing business development and revenue generation
