Overview
Lead integration of cloud infrastructure and emerging technology initiatives for a Department of War customer. Manage concurrent technical projects reporting to the Chief Architect. Operate in a multidisciplinary environment spanning government stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors. Deliver unique capabilities through cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead multiple concurrent technical projects supporting cloud infrastructure software and emerging technology capabilities
- 2Translate Government objectives into executable project plans with measurable deliverables
- 3Manage schedule scope risks and dependencies while driving cross-functional resolution
- 4Collaborate daily with government customers technical leads and subject matter experts
- 5Coordinate deployment across cloud on-premises hybrid environments meeting classification requirements
- 6Maintain integrated schedules risk registers and provide status reports to program managers
- 7Prepare SOWs and lead recurring status meetings ensuring contractual deliverable completion
- 8Support proposal planning and technical solution development for emerging customer needs
- 9Provide collaborative leadership across matrixed teams to complete project tasks
- 10Interface with contracts procurement logistics HR finance security and other support functions
- 11Deliver solutions aligning with Department of War priorities and operational processes
Requirements11
- 1US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance and SCI access eligibility
- 2Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 312+ years progressive project program management experience
- 4Active Project Management Professional certification
- 5Demonstrated experience managing DoW or Intelligence Community technical projects
- 6Proven ability to manage concurrent technical lines of effort with competing priorities
- 7Working knowledge of cloud on-premises hybrid infrastructure environments
- 8Experience with SDLC Agile delivery and project lifecycle management
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Project Jira GitLab Confluence or similar tools
- 10Strong problem solving decision making and stakeholder communication skills
- 11Experience briefing government customers and senior leadership on project status

$160 - $210k per year
