Overview
Senior Program Manager leading Emerging Technologies Lab (ETL) team supporting AFSOC and USSOCOM initiatives. Serves as primary interface between engineering team and government customers. Responsible for contract management budget schedule and personnel. Drives program growth and ensures exceptional team performance.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary point of contact for government stakeholders including USSOCOM PEOs RIC and AFSOC directorates
- 2Manage all aspects of the contract including scope deliverables modifications and reporting
- 3Lead strategy and development of contract follow-on effort
- 4Oversee program budget manage funding lines track expenditures and ensure financial constraints
- 5Lead and direct team of specialized engineers managing workloads setting priorities and ensuring resources
- 6Identify growth opportunities aligning team capabilities with AFSOC ACCA and SOF community priorities
- 7Deliver comprehensive status reports financial updates and performance reviews to corporate leadership and government stakeholders
- 8Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
- 9Work onsite daily at MacDill AFB FL as directed
- 10Hold Bachelor's degree in Business Management Engineering or related field
- 11Possess active DoD Top Secret security clearance minimum 10 years program management experience supporting DoD contracts

- 3Demonstrated experience managing contract cost schedule and performance for U.S. Government
- 4Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects
- 5Strong understanding of government contracting process including proposal development and contract modifications
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- 7U.S. Citizen
- 8Preferred PMP certification
- 9Direct experience managing programs in support of USSOCOM or AFSOC
- 10Familiarity with ETL technical domains such as airborne ISR autonomy tactical networking
- 11Experience with contract types like CPFF and FFP managing subcontractor relationships
