What You'll Do11
- 1Lead end-to-end implementation of mid-to-large scale eCommerce initiatives for Retail Online and partner teams
- 2Own project phases from scope definition to closeout including process mapping and technical requirement creation
- 3Drive status communications managing risks scope changes and change management activities
- 4Collaborate with business and technology teams to align objectives and ensure technical solutions are simple yet lasting
- 5Influence system architecture and integration strategies leveraging Apple’s PM methodologies
- 6Act as technical SME providing insights to engineering teams about complex system landscapes
- 7Contribute to inclusive environment fostering respect for differences and continuous learning
- 8Implement simple but lasting solutions addressing immediate needs while considering downstream impacts
- 9Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in global product project environments
- 10Work with SAP HANA genesis routing order to cash professionals to understand business processes
- 11Obtain PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 27+ years professional product project program management experience
- 3Broad experience with Contact Center and e-Commerce systems including payment applications and workforce management tools
- 4Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Strong analytical problem solving skills with adaptability in solution approaches
- 6Degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- 7Proven ability to influence peers and senior leadership
- 8Minimum 11+ years directly related experience in project management
