Senior Project Manager, Digital Transformation
Overview
You will own the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects for a major automotive client in White Plains, NY. You will drive governance, change control, and decision forums with 10+ years of project management experience. You will work onsite with a cross-functional team and report directly to senior leadership. This role is Corp-to-Corp and requires local candidates within 30 miles of the office.
What You'll Do8
- 1Establish project governance cadence, decision forums, and change control processes from day one.
- 2Keep living artifacts current, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- 3Drive digital transformation initiatives with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- 4Coordinate with technical teams to deliver Cloud and ERP integrations.
- 5Manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT departments.
- 6Lead weekly steering committee meetings and present progress to executives.
- 7Mitigate risks and resolve blockers within 48 hours.
- 8Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements8
- 110+ years of project management experience in digital transformation.
- 25+ years managing enterprise-level projects in Automotive or Manufacturing.
- 3Proven track record with Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.
- 4Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- 5Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- 6PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
- 7Local to NY or CT within 30 miles of White Plains.
- 8Corp-to-Corp contract eligibility required.
