What You'll Do11
- 1Set product and technology direction for strategic CMP growth platforms aligning innovation investments with business priorities and customer roadmaps
- 2Lead strategic product development across the full innovation lifecycle from concept through commercialization
- 3Develop talent mentor scientists and engineers establish clear priorities and build collaborative team culture
- 4Apply deep semiconductor and CMP expertise to guide technical decisions and solve complex development challenges
- 5Leverage CMP experience to integrate material science process application and create customer value
- 6Partner with internal and external research partners to build transformational technology platforms
- 7Drive intellectual property development through invention patent generation and strategic external partnerships
- 8Establish and expand strategic partnerships across customers suppliers and research institutions to accelerate innovation
- 9Influence business strategy by connecting customer needs competitive dynamics and technology trends to development roadmaps
- 10Collaborate with portfolio leaders sales manufacturing quality and application engineers to support product development and commercialization
- 11Drive platform creation by integrating CMP process development slurry systems defectivity planarization performance and post-CMP considerations
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering from an accredited institution
- 2Five (5) years or more of experience in product development commercialization product engineering or technical project leadership
- 3Seven (7) years or more of leadership experience in a technical environment including people leadership
- 4Seven (7) years or more of semiconductor industry experience
- 5Three (3) years of experience with Chemical Mechanical Planarization including process development applications engineering or hands-on CMP work
- 6Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a Science or Engineering discipline from an accredited institution
- 7Demonstrated track record of leading growth initiatives platform development or major new product commercialization
- 8Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes CMP-related materials and integration challenges
- 9Hands-on experience with CMP process development slurry systems defectivity planarization performance and metrology
- 10Proven ability to lead through influence across matrixed organizations align stakeholders around strategic objectives
- 11Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence technical commercial and operational leaders
- 12Experience managing global teams particularly in Asia Pacific
- 13Ability to build and sustain productive internal and external networks to accelerate innovation
Salary Insight
$222 - $271k per year
