- 2Own global roadmap and sequence investment based on demand readiness and enterprise value

- 4Sequence investment across three platforms and revisit cadence
- 5Build organization appoint Platform Leaders and establish operating model
- 6Run platform-to-region as service contract with clean handoff to regional manufacturing
- 7Make technical leadership calls develop lifecycle focused platforms
- 8Partner with Group Finance on platform economics for enterprise-level reinvestment decisions
- 9Align regional and customer input while maintaining enterprise discipline
- 10Hire and develop senior platform leaders and technical teams
- 11Define service contract connecting platforms to regions
- 12Establish credibility by shipping commercializable platforms
Requirements7
- 112+ years senior product or platform leadership in global organization with full lifecycle accountability
- 2Documented results across regions showing adoption time to market cost margin and quality
- 3Technical depth in electromechanical or engineered product platforms
- 4Strong grasp of platform economics and reinvestment case development
- 5Track record building functions from inception to sustainment and hiring senior leaders
- 6Experience operating where global team owns platform core and regional teams handle localization launch manufacturing and customer execution
- 7Ability to create repeatable innovation process beyond current role
