- 5Develop and execute a vision for trusted data AI and ML capabilities
- 6Deliver scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure primitives for engineering teams
- 7Define and lead reliability strategies for shared platform services
- 8Partner with stakeholders to implement a producer-consumer model with clear SLOs
- 9Drive organizational development efficiencies and build high-performing teams
- 10Demonstrate persuasive executive-level communication and collaboration skills
- 11Drive platform engineering excellence to enable new efficiencies and operating models
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or related field with Ph.D. preferred
- 2VP-level engineering experience in established technology companies
- 315+ years of relevant experience including 8+ years in senior people management
- 4Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through engineering excellence
- 5Deep technical expertise in distributed systems and modern cloud-native architectures
- 6Extensive experience with AI-native software development lifecycle practices
- 7Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to develop persuasive senior-executive-level content
- 9Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-organizational relationship building
Salary Insight
$280 - $350k per year
