- 6Lead the infrastructure function delivering scalable cost-efficient secure-by-default infrastructure primitives
- 7Lead the reliability function defining and executing reliability strategy for shared platform services
- 8Partner with stakeholders to implement a producer-consumer model supported by defined service-level objectives
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or related field with Ph.D. preferred
- 2Current or prior VP-level engineering experience in established technology companies
- 315+ years of engineering experience including 8+ years in senior people management
- 4Proven track record of building diverse high-performing teams and delivering value to millions of users
- 5Deep expertise in distributed systems modern cloud-native software architecture and modern AI-native development practices
- 6Exceptional communication skills delivering persuasive senior-executive content
- 7Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities across organizations

$280 - $350k per year
