Product Operations Head Spares SBU Director
Overview
You will own product strategy, governance, and performance for FPM, Repair, and On-Demand at Applied Materials. Drive the shift to a product-centric operating model, targeting quarterly revenue and margin gains. Lead a global team of PLMs and PMs, collaborating with Sales, BD, Marketing, and Operations. This role stands out for its direct accountability across the Spares SBU and its impact on customer trust and service outcomes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Define multi-year roadmaps for FPM, Repair, and On-Demand, aligning growth, margin, and cost objectives.
- 2Implement product-centric operating models and governance frameworks to enforce execution discipline.
- 3Establish product KPIs and executive reporting, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and value leakage reduction.
- 4Build cross-functional alignment across Sales, BD, Marketing, and Operations on key metrics.
- 5Drive adoption of FPM, Repair, and On-Demand offerings to enhance customer trust and service outcomes.
- 6Lead a global team of product leads and managers, developing organizational capability and scalability.
- 7Integrate planning, logistics, pricing, and fulfillment to support product and account strategies.
- 8Retain and regain Spares business through key account strategies with tier-1 customers.
- 9Promote a culture of talent development and transformation within the SBU.
Requirements6
- 112+ years in product management, supply chain, or semiconductor services.
- 2Proven P&L and portfolio management experience.
- 3Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- 4Experience with FPM, Repair, or service models (preferred).
- 5Tier 1 customer exposure (TSMC, Samsung, Intel) (preferred).
- 6MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred).
