What You'll Do11
- 1Lead complex ambiguous improvement efforts and structure current-state assessments
- 2Design new tools frameworks for initiatives lacking established processes
- 3Own end-to-end project workstreams including scope scope, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- 4Drive change management to ensure adoption of new processes throughout the organization
- 5Act as subject matter expert coaching staff on process improvement techniques
- 6Analyze operational data to identify root causes and deliver executive recommendations
- 7Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Process Engineers Project Managers and Data Analysts
- 8Structure problem-solving sessions and define challenges without predefined solutions
- 9Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
- 10Utilize advanced skills in process mapping workflow analysis and performance measurement
- 11Apply Lean Six Sigma or related certifications to drive continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in process improvement operational excellence transformation consulting
- 2Proven internal or external consulting background advising senior stakeholders
- 3Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making experience
- 4Expertise in process mapping workflow analysis and performance measurement
- 5Advanced knowledge of process improvement systems and change management methodologies
- 6Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive audiences
- 7Ability to mentor and lead diverse teams under matrixed environments
- 8Experience with Microsoft Office Tableau Power BI SQL Python or AI tools
- 9Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred
- 10Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and multiple priorities
