What You'll Do10
- 1Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery to value realization using DMAIC methodology
- 2Apply Lean Six Sigma Design Thinking and Agile methods to analyze and optimize processes
- 3Conduct process mapping L1-L4 and root cause analysis using FMEA and 5 Whys
- 4Translate process insights into actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes
- 5Mentor junior team members and provide Yellow and Green belt training
- 6Drive change management through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- 7Establish controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure improvement sustainability
- 8Utilize analytics and process mining tools for data-driven decision making
- 9Champion value-first mindset aligned with organizational goals
- 10Collaborate with global teams to embed process excellence standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Lean Six Sigma and Green Belt certification required
- 3Process mining platform experience with independent data extraction capabilities
- 4Strong statistical analysis and business process modeling skills
- 5Proven track record in finance banking or customer success environments
- 6Ability to work hybrid schedule in Spring TX or Berkeley Heights NJ
- 7Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- 8Experience with AI automation tools for process optimization
