Overview
Lead daily production support by evaluating defects and troubleshooting machines to drive operational excellence. Own processes such as eutectic die attach, wire bonding, epoxy attach, gap welding and PWB surface mount while training operators and documenting procedures. Scale quality initiatives through statistical analysis and implement process controls to meet performance targets. Drive continuous improvement by tracking metrics and optimizing factory layout for throughput efficiency and quality.
