Overview
Lead the warehouse sew decoration and new belt line at Jack & Sage. This full-time permanent role offers $85,000-$105,000 base plus benefits. You will own operations and drive scaling across four facilities. The position provides a broad mandate to build systems and lead teams without bureaucracy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the operating backbone of a fast-growing apparel brand.
What You'll Do14
- 1Manage and develop warehouse and sew/decoration staff including training and performance discipline
- 2Set daily labor plans aligned with production and shipping calendars
- 3Own floor culture accountability and safety compliance
- 4Stand up the new belt sewing line from concept through production readiness
- 5Design process flow and physical layout for the new belt production line
- 6Source equipment and specifications for the new belt line
- 7Hire and train line technicians to achieve production quality targets
- 8Oversee receiving putaway and inventory accuracy using ApparelMagic ERP
- 9Drive outbound fulfillment performance and on-time shipment rates
- 10Plan and execute warehouse relocation with minimal disruption
- 11Define and implement lean 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- 12Develop standard work and SOPs while establishing operational KPIs
- 13Manage contract manufacturer relationships and quality oversight
- 14Act as primary point of contact for sales and capacity commitments
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading production lines and facilities
- 35+ years experience with apparel sewn goods or light manufacturing
- 4Proven ability to stand up new production lines or lead facility moves
- 5Strong systems thinking and data analysis skills
- 6Bias to action and ownership demonstrated by solving complex problems
- 7Familiarity with ERP systems such as ApparelMagic
- 8Experience with lean methodologies and process engineering
- 9Ability to thrive in a growing, hands-on environment
