Senior Manager Enterprise Operational Intelligence
Overview
Lead the CEREB-ROOM capability, a centralized Operational Intelligence and Situational Awareness Center that merges operational data, analytics, and drone intelligence into a real-time enterprise view. You will own the strategy, budget, and team that turns multi-source data into actionable insights for safety and efficiency. Partner with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, HSE, Security, and IT/OT teams across refineries and logistics assets. This role drives data-driven decision-making at scale, with a focus on drone integration and predictive analytics.
What You'll Do12
- 1Build and lead a high-performing team for enterprise operational intelligence and visual inspection, emphasizing ground execution and field coordination.
- 2Develop the enterprise-wide situational awareness and operations-support strategy, aligning with operational, safety, and cost priorities.
- 3Manage the CEREB-ROOM investment portfolio, including roadmap execution, budgets, technology investments, and vendor relationships.
- 4Establish KPIs that measure operational adoption, business value, decision support effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- 5Serve as the primary operational leader, providing executive leadership with insights and recommendations on asset performance.
- 6Establish governance standards and standard operating procedures for safe, compliant drone operations across all locations.
- 7Own the program budget, including fleet procurement, equipment lifecycle, and vendor/contractor relationships.
- 8Oversee enterprise drone and virtual intelligence capabilities, ensuring FAA/UAS compliance and effective integration.
- 9Partner with Operations, EHS, IT, and Data Analytics teams to integrate multi-source operational data into workflows.
- 10Evaluate and scale emerging technologies such as AI-enabled inspection, autonomous flight, and thermal sensors.
- 11Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis for the enterprise drone program, maintaining safety procedures.
- 12Define and monitor CEREB-ROOM KPIs to measure safety outcomes, operational value, and ROI.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 26+ years of relevant industry experience in operations, intelligence, or similar.
- 32+ years in leadership or managerial capacity.
- 4Licensed FAA Part 107 pilot (preferred).
- 5Proven experience leading enterprise-scale operations, situational awareness, or data-driven monitoring programs, preferably in oil and gas.
- 6Experience with drone/UAS programs is a plus.
- 7Experience in industrial operations, operational intelligence, refining, reliability, HSE, analytics, or enterprise monitoring strongly preferred.
- 8Willingness to travel up to 10-15% to refinery and field sites (required).
