Senior Pilot Manager, AI & Data Science SaaS
Overview
You will drive customer-led product development and sales for AI and Data Science SaaS solutions, owning the full sales cycle from target identification to contract close. You will collaborate with local BDM and Sales Engineer teams, working across product and marketing to ensure customer success. As an early hire, you will shape product strategy and sales organization. This role offers leadership opportunities and career development as the business grows.
What You'll Do9
- 1Identify and target customers for AI and Data Science SaaS solutions
- 2Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product-market fit and meet targets
- 3Drive product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- 4Negotiate contracts and close deals
- 5Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO, Business Unit Leads, and key end users
- 6Schedule demo calls with your local Sales Engineer and guide customers through procurement
- 7Partner with marketing to drive awareness, generate leads, and convert to pipeline
- 8Provide feedback to product teams based on customer and market insights
- 9Contribute to product development and market adjacency strategies
Requirements9
- 110+ years in SaaS sales, preferably in Data Science/AI software
- 2Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for CxO to user levels
- 3Collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- 4Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
- 5Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and leadership ability
- 6Customer-first approach with storytelling and strategic thinking
- 7Strong understanding of Data Science and AI concepts
- 8Proven track record with CRM software and sales tools
- 9Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred
