Overview
Own division-level digital and AI strategy for Mission Next, translating enterprise capabilities into program execution at scale. You will shape how AI, IT, and digital systems deploy across complex programs, driving cost, schedule, and quality outcomes. Lead a matrixed team across enterprise services and program security. This role stands up digital deployment pods and champions responsible AI adoption, directly impacting national security missions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Develop division AI and digital strategies and roadmaps aligned to program challenges and customer expectations.
- 2Serve as primary liaison between enterprise services, IT, CIDO service lines, and sector leadership to align strategies and proposals.
- 3Identify and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases that improve program cost, schedule, quality, and customer outcomes.
- 4Operate a division 'front door' for digital, AI, and IT demand, translating business needs into prioritized capability requirements.
- 5Orchestrate delivery of CIDO capabilities like PLM, MES, ERP integration, and data governance across programs.
- 6Stand up and lead digital deployment pods to ensure site and program adoption of digital and AI capabilities.
- 7Provide leadership for program security execution and compliance, including DFARS and Risk Management Framework.
- 8Own division-level service performance and financial transparency, using chargeback or showback to challenge cost drivers.
Requirements8
- 115+ years in IT, technology, or program leadership with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's.
- 2Current Secret clearance, or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation Program; ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP/SAR.
- 310+ years in digital transformation or enterprise services, including 5+ years in people or matrix leadership.
- 4Experience executing technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy at division or program level.
- 5Foundational understanding of AI/ML and data analytics concepts applied to operational environments.
- 6Experience with program security frameworks: DFARS, Risk Management Framework.
- 7Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost management, and value realization for technology services.
- 8Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption across multiple sites.

$195 - $292k per year
