- 1Lead and execute engineering projects and spearhead R&D initiatives

- 4Develop and manage lithography systems using DUV h-line or i-line tools
- 5Write and run wafer recipes while overseeing material and substrate considerations
- 6Collaborate with senior leaders on cross-functional projects and customer interactions
- 7Review and approve system requirements and specifications created by peers
- 8Analyze competition and evaluate emerging lithography technologies
- 9Prepare technical papers and present findings to internal and external audiences
- 10Mentor junior physicists and scientists through hands-on guidance
- 11Conduct feasibility studies to guide strategic technology investments
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in semiconductor lithography processes
- 2MS or Ph.D in Materials Science Engineering or related field
- 3Proven leadership in managing complex lithography projects
- 4Expertise with DUV h-line and i-line lithography systems
- 5Strong proficiency in Python or MatLab for automation and analysis
- 6Demonstrated ability to define and execute lithography recipes
- 7Experience with advanced lithography tool maintenance and calibration
- 8Knowledge of semiconductor film and metrology practices
- 9Track record of publishing technical research in peer-reviewed journals
- 10Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical manufacturing solutions
- 11Commitment to continuous learning in evolving lithography technologies
