Litho Track Module Engineer, TEL CLEAN TRACK, Phoenix
Overview
You will own the TEL CLEAN TRACK and LITHIUS Pro V coat-develop track at Intel's high-volume manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Your team includes senior engineers, and you will drive process robustness, yield, and tool uptime. This role combines deep equipment expertise with process engineering, requiring hands-on work in a cleanroom environment. You will lead excursions prevention and technology transfer to global sites, making a direct impact on Intel's Foundry ramp.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own the TEL CLEAN TRACK and LITHIUS Pro V coat-develop track, ensuring wafer flow, FOUP handling, and dispense modules run at high volume.
- 2Drive defect and CD control by analyzing SPC charts, metrology feedback, and excursion data, then implement corrective actions.
- 3Lead preventive maintenance and module recovery for thermal, robot, and chemical delivery systems, minimizing downtime.
- 4Collaborate with chemical suppliers to manage supply and demand for resist and developers.
- 5Build and align the team of senior engineers, setting technical direction and driving accountability for yield and productivity targets.
- 6Transfer litho processes to other Intel factories, auditing installations and qualifications to ensure matched processing.
- 7Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems and detect discrepant material to reduce scrap.
- 8During factory ramps, own equipment install and qualification, meeting safety and quality milestones.
- 9Implement continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, cost, and productivity using FMEA and DOE.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related STEM field with 4+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 6+ months experience.
- 24+ years of semiconductor engineering experience, specifically supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps.
- 3Hands-on experience with TEL track tools, including LITHIUS Pro V, and understanding of resist coating, develop, and thermal modules.
- 4Proficiency in troubleshooting using alarms, equipment logs, and SPC charts.
- 5Experience with FOUP handling, robotics, and wafer transfer in a cleanroom environment.
- 6Knowledge of safety protocols including LOTO and chemical handling.
- 7Preferred: experience in a foundry or OSAT environment.
